What is your Rain/Weather Policy?
Safety is our priority. If winds exceed 15mph or there is heavy rain, we will help you reschedule for a future date or provide a rain check. You will not lose your deposit due to unsafe weather.
How long is the rental for?
Our standard rental period is 4-6 hours. We typically deliver between 8 AM – 11 AM and pick up between 6 PM – 8 PM. Overnight rentals are available for an additional fee.
Do you deliver to parks?
Yes! We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for County parks. Note: You may need to rent a generator if the park does not have power.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
How much space do I need?
Please allow a 3-foot buffer zone around the inflatable.
